Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I visited the store a few times and they always remembered my name and what I was looking for. They supplied me with all the info I needed and the purchasing was quick and with no problems with the finance. Defo Ill come back.

Carl had a sure knowledge of how he could satisfy what we were looking for. Unfortunately, he was not able to accommodate our needs for an old family bedstead (because Dreams does not stock unusual items), and we had to leave this part of our needs unresolved. But in everything else, we were highly satisfied.

We went in to buy a mattress, there was a wide selection and one that was perfect which was also 20% off. Some of the price labelling was a little unclear on a few mattresses because of various deals at the same time but a staff member was around to answer questions. Also we bought a very thick mattress and the staff member showed the special extra deep sheets.

The quality of knowledge from the member of staff who helped us about the mattresses in store really helped us to make the best decision about which one to buy. We ended up buying one completely different from what we had picked without having assistance first. Very happy.

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store. The assistant understood our needs and helped us find the perfect bed mattress and pillows! He was very knowledgeable and made sure we had time to come to a decision.

Very helpful staff who gave good advise and offered us what we were looking for at a very competitive price. We are members of Quidco so when we said we would buy online at home they offered to match the discount instore which was very much appreciated as we prefer buying face to face.

Carl did everything to reassure us that we were receiving the right product for our needs
