The staff were very friendly and professional at the same time - a perfect combination. I had the same experience previously in the same store. It definitely encourages return visits (it was different people this time but the same effect - unpretentious friendliness). At the same time they and we and everyone is busy so the order was dealt with smartly. I was also amazed that we can exchange the mattress if we don't like it. We hope we don;t have to take you up on that but it is a comfort to know the option is there - we would already (had already) bought it in any case but it is still a nice thing. Most of all though - the people make the place very welcoming.
