We went to the store with a specific item in mind. The shop assistant was very helpful in locating the item we were looking for and able to answer our queries straight away. Very satisfied customer, thank you.

I was looking for a mattress and an ottoman bed frame for as soon as possible. I was pleased to see that there were sales on mattresses just before Christmas with significant reductions on prices. Then the staff was great, I was quickly offered help and explanations on a variety of mattresses and frame available in the store. I was given all the time I need to try the mattresses and make up my mind. I also felt that Gemma, the saleswoman who took care of me really put efforts to find the best deals for me. I could choose a convenient date for delivery and am now looking forward to receiving my bed. I've got a very good experience at Dreams and would recommend it for the quality of the service.
