Dreams - Cambridge

I'd been looking at the bed for ages. Went in and saw it had been reduced. Hence snapped it up!

all went fine.

The salesman was most helpful in fitting my particular needs to the type of bed I needed. He explained the differences in the beds available, giving comparisons that made it easy to make my decision on the one to buy.

The products we needed were easily available to examine and we received helpful advice about their construction and delivery.

I have been looked after by Anthony and Emma at the Cambridge store. They were both very helpful and friendly. They weren't trying to agressively sell me a product but asked me about my needs a multiple times and I really did like that. As soon as I entered the shop I have been greeted and offered a tea. I am working in retail my self, and I have found both of them professional and friendly. Defenately will purchase more goods in the future at Dreams.

We were immediately at ease with the staff,who were helpful to the point of being thorough,charitable and accommodating.

We found the Dreams experience fast, friendly and effective. The staff were knowledgeable about their products, they gave us space when we wanted it and made us feel welcome and laugh. Adrian was a particularly good staff member as was Emma (I think that was her name). We would recommend and we would go again.

We were approached by Gemma May, who was friendly, likeable, knowledgeable, patient and totally helpful in our getting a suitable item. There was a wide variety of beds and mattresses in the shop to choose from.

I found the store assistance very helpful and understanding of my needs of the form mattress I needed and showed me a full range of ortherpedic beds with a full explanation of what they did. when I returned to the shop a few days later the same assistance regonised me and was most help full, I cannot fault the shop at all Charles richardson
