Very helpful and quick and easy process

Dreams colleague Anthony was very helpful in terms of showing us a range of items within our budget and encouraging us to fully try out items before making a choice. He also gave ample opportunity to privately discuss our options before we made a final decision. He was open about pros and cons of items we were considering and made us feel fully at ease during our visit.

The assistant was extremely helpfull and gave us his full attention. we spent some time locating exactly what we required and were shown, and had explained details of lots of mattresses and beds so that we were able to come to a decision regarding what we required.

Very nice sales assistant who was clear and efficient.

We walked in to the Store and were met immediately by a salesperson (Anthony, Cambridge Beehive). He was extremely friendly and helpful. I bought a double divan and mattress and he made the whole process very easy. Thank you to Anthony.

We were encouraged to try different mattresses and given some time to browse the different bed frames. They were very tolerant of / kind to the children and we were not rushed into a decision. The only slight negative was the salesman's lack of knowledge about cleaning the fabric on our chosen bed frame, and he also did not know how much of the bed would be flat pack. He suggested some of it was ready made and it wasn't.

Plenty of choice and products clearly described. Prompt service and rapid delivery. Thought £39 for delivery and £39 for taking away the old mattress was rather high
