The lady who dealt with us, Gemma, was very personable and spent time with us understanding what we were looking for. We did not feel pressurised at any point, and she actually made the whole experience fun. I was dreading having to start looking again having been let down by Bensons big time. I will certainly be coming back in the future, the whole experience was lovely. There was also another lady who was also very helpful thank you to both Gemma and Emma.

Swift and friendly care, well-informed staff who were swift to understand my needs and direct me towards suitable products. Happy to work out the best deal and to give me a suitable discount on the products I was buying.

the sales man was with us in an instant of entering the shop asking if he could help in any way, we told him what we were looking for and he guided us to the appropriate beds and advised us on the various options of which we tried. He (TIM) was very knowledgeable about all the different beds we tried we were very impressed.

We paid three visits to the store in order to try and contemplate product options. Each time, staff were friendly and knowledgeable, with the right balance of availability to not over-crowding us. Good humoured, knowledgeable, and obviously able to empathise with customer, not just sell a product.

The sales assistant who served me (Emma) was very kind and did a great job, explaining the benefits of each pillow. She was very patient with my needs and will definitely come back again.

The Salesman at the Cambridge store had a lovely friendly approach, very knowledgeable of the Dreams products and of our specific needs. Ruwi was very professional and we were pleased with how he handled our sale; he was a credit to the Dreams sales force. We would certainly use Dreams again.
