The advisors help was not to intrusive or uninterested, he told us of deals and offers and was very informative to our needs.

We were extremely satisfied with our Dreams experience! An assistant came to talk to us whilst we were looking at an ottoman style bed and helped answer all our questions. Couldn't have asked for more help or better service!

Staff were on hand immediately we entered the store. Very helpful and friendly, products were well displayed.

We were served by a member of staff called Anthony. Although I understand he had only recently started at the company he was knowledgeable about the products and was helpful without being overly pushy. He was also well supported by other more experienced members of staff when it came to lacing the order. This support was given in a friendly and constructive way.

The store colleague was exceptionally helpful offering assistance for a previous purchase and offered various pieces of advice which assisted with our decision to purchase for a third time with Dreams

Not much to say really we were seen and had the difference of mattresses explained offered coffee we chose end of story
