Emma was extremely friendly and so helpful - in fact I spoke to 2 other members of the team and they were all very knowledgeable and helpful.

The colleague Tony was extremely helpful as well as friendly. Wasn't forceful and told us to take our time. Offered us a cup of tea whilst we were trying out nearly every bed in the store. Once we decided on a bed it didn't even take Tony long to process our order, even though we needed finance. If only ever colleague in every retailer was as good as Tony.

The sales assistant was very helpful in our choice of mattress.

Ruwinda that looked after us took the time to talk us through the various options for mattresses and when our 1st choice of frame wasn't available for several weeks he went through alternatives with us. A very professional salesman.

We had time to try out the beds and left alone to do this, but when needed help from the shop assistant was there to answer our questions. It was a great feeling not to feel pressured sale! Great experience!

We came into Dreams in Cambridge looking for our perfect mattress as we had made the mistake of buying a very firm mattress previously. When we walked in we saw a sea of beds and different ranges of firmness and brands and didn't have a clue where to start. After 5-10 mins of trying to choose which one we wanted, a lovely friendly face approached us and asked if she could help, we told her we didn't have a clue what we were looking for and Emma spent lots of time with us going through all options despite being short staffed. We managed to narrow it down to 2 mattresses & we didn't feel rushed at all. Emma then offered us a hot drink as we were in there for a while! We decided on a mattress was absolute heaven and she talked us through all the different ranges of pillows to make sure my partner got the best one to suit him as he suffers with a bad neck and back! She knew exactly what brands were best for what. Emma took us through all the paperwork very clearly and we got an ideal delivery date with only 3 weeks to wait! Thank you very much for our perfect mattress and service with a smile we can't wait to go to sleep!

We were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff and their knowledge of the available products. We were offered tea or coffee which is always welcome when shopping.
