The member of staff that assisted us explained clearly the type of mattresses available to us and was very helpful. When we said we'd like to have a look and try a few out and would call him if we wanted any further help he made us a cup of tea and left us to have a look round which made us feel very relaxed and not pressured into a sale. There was also a wide range of mattresses available so we had a lot to choose from.

All the staff were very helpful and willing to help.

The whole experience was excellent from the moment I walked into the Store. I was attended to straight away, offered a refreshment and was awarded all the time I needed to make an informed decision as to which bed was most suited to my requirements. At no point in time did I feel pressurised into making a decision, or that I was wasting the assistance time. He was highly attentive at all times. This is such a rare experience in today's society and is highly appreciated. I can honestly say that I cannot think of another Store that can compare.

The shop assistant wasn't at all pushy and left us alone to try mattresses, but then was available as soon as we needed him to answer our questions. He also provided coffee!

From the time we walked in the doors we were meet with a friendly and very helpful assistants and offered tea or coffee excellent service from everyone

From the initial greeting to final sale the assistant was excellent. He was thorough without being pushy talked us through various options and explained things to us. We came out of the shop feeling like we had completely made the right purchase with his help.
