Good friendly help and support

The store layout was simple to navigate - colour-coded. The assistance who served us was friendly, informed and not-pushy. It was quick to order and arrange delivery for the selected mattress.

Friendly, professional assistance provided by Tim. Not at all pushy, listened to my needs, advised accordingly. Sound knowledge of products and empathetic towards my needs/ questions- very personable and professional.

The guy serving us, Tim, was really helpful and explained all the different mattress technologies and which one would suit me best when I told him why I find my old mattress really uncomfortable and unsupportive. He recommended a medium rather than firm, with maximum springs and the combination of memory foam and gel. His recommendation was definitely the most comfortable. He gave us free delivery and a mattress protector for £5. The mattress was available for delivery on the Monday and we only ordered on Thursday morning! The whole process of ordering took less than 5 minutes.

This is my third time I have visited and purchased from the store.

He helped us to make the final decision by providing us with a detail explanation of the different offers and services available such as the 40 night comfort guarantee, the finance options and the free assembly.
