Ruwi, the assistant, was polite and friendly. He asked what information I needed, answered all my questions and wasn't pushy or hovering over me whilst I was making my decision. His advice about picking 4 mattresses and then comparing them in turn was perfect and allowed me pick the best option in my price range. The order process was quick and easy and booked my delivery in 48 hrs. Many times I have walked out of shops due to pushy salesmen, but this experience was very good from start to finish.

After shopping around I found that Dreams was likely to be the most suitable and knowledgeable retailer as they're bed specialists. When visiting the store I knew roughly what I was after, and whilst discussing my options with the sales person I was able to make an informed decision as to what was most suitable for my needs. I was in the showroom for approximately 40 minutes, I feel this is just long enough to understand all aspects of my order and also not so long that the experience become tedious. Very happy with the speed and professionalism of my purchase.
