We looked in two other stores that sell beds after our initial look in your shop and the service in those shops was dreadful. Carl and Giles were able to answer all our questions and didn't hurry us or put pressure on us when we were choosing our bed. I can't praise them highly enough for their excellent service

The products were explained thoroughly and carefully. Sufficient time was given to all of our queries.

We were unaware that we could get a further discount if we returned the next day. We therefore came back the next day and got a £72 discount, which was definitely worth having.

Great selection of products, good assistance when needed, felt well looked after by the assistant without being rushed or pushed towards a particular product. Good guidance and info provided. Was offered tea or coffee and felt I had all the time I needed to try the mattresses before making a decision. Very friendly assistants, was offered 0% finance deal which I took, and given a coupe of free add ons which was a nice gesture. An all round pleasant shopping experience and felt I bought exactly the right product.

The younge man help us with out putting any pressure on us did not rush us let us try as meany beds as we wanted . When we did decide he told us of all the payment option . His name was Carl validation code 215

The member of staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. He even provided pens and paper for our little girls to draw with as we looked around the store. All the staff in your Cambridge store were very nice and polite and the girls loved them!!
