Staff knowledge, friendliness, helpfulness Specially Giles (or Charles!) the store manager, great person!

Ruwi and Charles were extremely helpful and friendly. They spent a long time with us helping us to choose the product that was best for us. I would definitely go back. I can't rate them highly enough. They also thought of things that we hadn't even realised we needed and always tried to offer us the best value for money. Brilliant guys!

The young man who served remembered us from our previous visit and was as accommodating this time as he had been on our "reckie"visit. He explained everything about delivery, the insurance policy and the product itself. That was why we chose Dreams over the other bed stores we visited.

Giles at the Cambridge store was excellent. Anticipated my needs and concerns. The bed collection service us very helpful, and one if the reasons I have used Dreams over many years.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They took the time to move our preferred mattress onto a sprung slatted bed so that we could be sure we would get the same comfort level at home. They weren't pushy, but were available for our questions.

The manager of the store made both my wife and myself welcome with a coffee and information as when we needed it. It was also helpful to ourselves that the person looking after us had a great depth of knowledge of the products in the store

Sales person not to pushy, good knowledge of products, friendly team, not rushed into a sale if I felt I was being pushed to buy then I would have left, there is nothing more annoying than being told what to buy! Hence why I did not like the Peterborough store! It was so nice not to be pounced on. The sales man also makes good coffee. This store has a nice friendly team.

Useful advice from knowledgeable staff member who, on a previous visit, had gone out of his way to cost up alternatives for me. At his visit, when I actually made the purchase, he was very polite, friendly and efficient

The mattress we wanted was available and well explained to us about how it works. The bed we liked was 20% off.
