Very good service from Giles who help us with our purchase and also a query regarding out previous purchase

Carl our assistant was very friendly and knowledge about the products. He took his time to listen to our needs and suggested suitable options for us to look at and try.

We have to say that the staff in cambridge store, , both customer advisor and manager were very very helpful, it was no problem for Carl to keep working out different prices for us, or explaining the different mattresses , we were not actually going to buy a bed today at all but due to the discounts, help and friendliness of the staff we decided to go for it ...AND ended up with a much better quality mattress than we planned to get , so a huge thank you , you should be proud of the staff in this store ... Also the delivery is perfect, not to long to wait

The staff were really helpful and I was not pressured into something I did not like,I felt comfortable in trying out which matteress I was most comfortable with.

I came in to buy a mattress with my sister who has learning difficulties which can sometimes makes things awkward. The salesman was very understanding, patient and friendly. He was obviously a people person and interested in what he was doing.

Very helpful staff happy to help and greeted us kindly on our entry. Didn't pester or rush us to make a decision. Very pleasant visit and very happy with our purchase.

Husband and I walked in as we'd decided to buy a bed that day. Carl greeted us within a few seconds of entering the store, and although we were probably fairly awkward customers (I wanted a soft cloud-type mattress, husband wanted a hard plank!) Carl spent about an hour with us going back and forth ensuring we both got a mattress and a bed that would suit us both. Carl and his colleagues seemed to get on really well, and there was great comraderie between them. They weren't trying to sell for the sake of selling, nor did they try to force the most expensive products on us, but Carl helped to guide us along the journey. It was also nice when we discovered he could waiver the deposit required for store purchases (on his manager's authorisation of course!) as otherwise we would've had to go and buy the bed online which didn't sit well with us. Try before you buy and all that!

Tim was very knowledgeable and very helpful as we needed a mattress that wouldn't upset my partners back, he know all about the beds and mattresses and he remembered us from the last time we were in and was very nice and friendly to the kids. And best of all he's an arsenal supporter lol thank you Tim

We were greeted as we entered the store and while staff made it clear they were there to offer help/guidance, they were not pushy at all. Carl explained the differences between the different types of mattress very thoroughly, helping us to choose the right one for us. When we were decided, he also told us about a frame that had been discontinued that we could get for the same price as the one we liked - I really see this as going above and beyond to help. Carl then had a customer waiting so asked his manager to complete the sale who was just as helpful and friendly! Both staff members suggested relevant additional products such as the pillows we could get half price due to buying a bed, which we bought and then when we forgot them as we left, the manager was on the phone calling me to tell me as I went back in store as I realised! Absolutely exceptional service in my eyes and would recommend the Cambridge store to anyone who is looking to buy a bed! Thank you for a great, easy experience!

The gentleman who offered us help was very good he was friendly and offered us tea or coffee, he suggested we try all the different styles of mattresses and to take our time, he had very good product knowledge and spent time explaining it all to us, he was very clear about all the products guarantees delivery times and returns policy if not satisfied. He could not of been more helpful, we are now looking forward to our new bed where we can have lots of 'DREAMS'
