Dreams - Cambridge

We were attended by Ruwe. We found he had very good product knowledge and was able to steer us towards appropriate products with good advice plus he is a REALLY nice guy. I had previously always gone to Belfast Bed Store and avoided Dreams because of what I perceived its cheesy name. Now I realise I was wrong, this must be nearly the perfect bed store. But the biggest selling point for us is the 40 nights return deal. Although we are confident that, with Ruwe's help, we have chosen the right product, it is extremely reassuring to have that fall-back option

Tim greeted us straight away and gave us information we needed and plenty of time to try out the mattresses. Friendly and helpful - no pressure.

When we entered the store Tim didn't pounce upon us immediately which is always important to us personally. When he did approach it was to offer us guidance towards the sort of thing we were looking for and while he was extremely knowledgeable we didn't feel talked down to. He gave us time to think about what we wanted and then explained the best options for us without pushing us to make purchases we never wanted while giving us some things to consider that we hadn't thought about to help us. Also the gentleman we believe to have been in charge of the store kept a friendly eye on us without pushing in, taking over or making us feel uncomfortable but did check with us to see we were happy with our purchases before completion. N.B. he also makes a good cup of tea :-)

The assistance during our visit was completely satisfied and everything was very good explained. Dreams colleague Ruwi explained all the products in detail and was friendly and professional during our shopping. The other staff was very nice and offered their help for everything. They played on teamwork very well.
