Really helpful and got what we wanted

Quick and easy. Friendly staff who knew when to assist but more importantly when to step back.

The name of the colleague that served us was tim. He was very good at his job he knew are exact needs and understood exactly what we needed. He was also the kind of guy that you can have a laugh and a joke with which makes a shopping trip very enjoyable. I would certainly come back to dreams cambridge and deal with tim again. Me and my partner left your shop very happy and with exactly what we wanted. On the whole a brilliant shopping trip with great customer service from tim. 5 stars and would certainly shop here again and tell all our family and friends to shop with you aswell. BRILLIANT 5 STARS

The team were very friendly, approachable and helpful. We were offered coffee whilst we were going through the purchase. We actually ended up buying a second bedframe as well on the same visit as the sales team realised we wanted a similar (smaller) bedframe to the initial one we saw. Very helpful indeed and we were given a free matress protector with our insurance purchase (which is very cheap for 10 years cover). Also half price duvets. Very good value for money. Thanks ever so much for all their help :) One satisfied customer and i will be recommending Dreams to everyone i know.
