A very knowledgeable assistant. Helped with all our queries very well.

When we arrived we were offered assistance, but it was made clear that we were free to look around on our own if we preferred. We accepted assistance and the young man could not have been more helpful. He was friendly, informative and we were given all the time we needed to make a decision. At no time did we feel rushed, or pushed towards a particular product. When we made our decision we were talked through the procedures for finance, insurance and delivery and everything was made very clear.

found the selection rather daunting initially but when approached by a member of staff, things began to become clearer. assistant was very help although even though it was a 1/2 price day on everything and another offer we were not actually offered the deal on this bed or told if it was applicable. we were given a £50 discount voucher after buying the mattress which according to the date on the voucher, we could have used unless I am mistaken. overall the assistant was informative, helpful and polite.

Carl who helped us was very knowledgeable and friendly and answered all our questions.

I WAS GIVEN LOTS OF INFORMATION ABOUT MY OPTIONS AND GIVEN PLENTY OF TIME TO MAKE MY DECISION. I WAS GIVEN INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO PREPARE MY MATTRESS IN A WELL VENTILATED ROOM PRIOR TO USE. THE EXTRA GUARANTEE WAS EXPLAINED TO ME AND I PURCHASED THE MATRESS PROTECTOR TO RECEIVE THE DISCOUNT ON OFFER. MY PURCHASE WAS CARRIED TO MY CAR FOR ME. THE ASSISTANT WAS VERY ATTENTIVE, HELPFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE IS A CREDIT TO YOUR STORE.
