Very good professional and friendly service.

Only the most expensive products were out on the shop floor to see. Paying took quite long. Staff a bit too keen to start with, wouldn’t just leave us to it. But overall very happy with the experience and the man who served us was great.

Straight to the point not too much sales waffle. Seemed knowlable on ;products to give us confidence to buy

The prices seem a bit higher than in other shops online. However, the ability to choose delivery dates was important to me as I still don't have access to my property.

Sales assistant was excellent, shop layout excellent, didn’t have the colour in store that I wanted but had a swatch, I thought the cost of assembly was slightly over the top as I had bought 3 beds tried for discount but only got £20 discount Overall though I was very satisfied

Due to fire in warehouse product was not avail until a months time. I realize this is outside Dreams control, but is the reason I marked the score as I did.

Social distancing made it difficult to have a proper conversation with your colleague and hence getting info from him
