I didn’t put highly satisfied because I already knew what I wanted as I looked online prior to going into store, so it was a pretty straight forward so I didn’t try many mattresses or ask many questions about what sort of mattress I wanted. I also didn’t get the sleep match as I didn’t know I could get one inshore but overall my experience was great and I am happy with my purchase I’m just waiting for it to be delivered

I was looking for increase in bed height by a couple of inches by putting legs which could not be done. The order I placed will take a good few weeks anyway before it can delivered.

We explained that we bought a mattress from Dreams 5 years ago and that we had been unhappy with it from day 1 and didn't find it comfortable and felt we had paid too much for it. Despite this the assistant still only showed us the most expensive mattresses and only when we said what have you actually got that is a Dreams mattress did he show more reasonable priced ones. The store seems to be focused on hitting sales targets of expensive mattresses rather than actually listening to the needs and wants of the customer.

As I said, the Dream computer systems were down, which meant the staff had to work around that. Which they did, with apologies for the delay. Clearly they were not to blame for this, and that is the reason for some scores about service being only a 9. The staff themselves were excellent.

The store carries no stock and is unable to order for collection from store. There was no suitable delivery day for four weeks whereas collection if available would have meant a much earlier availability
