Dreams - Cambridge

Nafisa was great! However the price of old mattress collection needs to be reduced.

We visited Dreams Cambridge twice when shopping for beds and mattresses. Both times staff members were very kind and helpful. We left having all of our questions answered (and more!).

Really friendly guys...we knew what we wanted. Tried the mattress the test was easy and mu husband got a veterans discount so he was happy

The salesman who greeted us was extremely polite and gave us both advice and assistance in a very friendly yet professional manner.

Care knowledge and understanding of products by Dreams Rep very good. Covid regulations in place and carried out by staff member with explanations where necessary.

The sleep match was an interesting experience. And I am delighted with the outcome of the results, as this has been the comfiest purchase of a mattress that I have ever made! The store colleague, Rob at the Cambridge store was exceptionally helpful, and did not pressurise in any way, allowing me to have time on my own and come to a decision that best suited me. He was relaxed, yet still professional and was very knowledgeable. The mattress was ordered on Tuesday, and was delivered on the Saturday, so within 4 days! I am so pleased with my purchase, and will definitely be back again!

The Bed comfort measuring system was excellent.

We were very impressed with the knowledge and courtesy of the salesperson-Rob-who, whilst attentive did not pester or try to over-sell to us. We were impressed with the variety of choice and price ranges and the ability of the store to accommodate the needs of the customer (i.e. to try the beds) whilst being Covid-safe. The store was very well presented, all staff were visibly hard-working but above all it was the specific service we received from Rob which made a very pleasant experience out of one which could have been very painful(judging by previous experience with other retailers!)

Such a professional and personal service. I was greeted by your operative Nafisa. Such a pleasant and knowledgeable salesperson. She understood my needs and I was not hurried in my mattress purchase. Cleanliness was at the forefront spraying the beds I had tried pillows etc, I was impressed I was offered a drink several times And even seemed to be matched with a similar that I have at home! So pleased I went into your store the experience was professional and friendly at all times. Thankyou
