Sometimes it was a bit confusing which items are available and suitable for me according to sleep simulator and also the proces were higher than expected from looking online at similar products.

This is no reflection on the store. I would have liked to be able to but a more luxurious bed, I don't think buying a bed is a very interesting experience, so I couldn't say the whole thing was a wonderful experience, that's all!

A bit of confusion was caused when we came in to purchase our mattress. We had been told that both mattresses we were considering (one Hypnos and one Dreams Insignia) were both hand made and and the same level of quality. When deciding to buy a Dreams brand mattress, I asked about the Hypnos mattress again, which was the one we had looked at. We were then told by a different member of staff that one was machine made and the other was hand made and that the Hypnos mattress was far better quality. As it was, we went for the better priced Dreams mattress but were disappointed and confused at receiving a different answer than we had originally been given. We had to go by price but wish we had been given the truth as now we aren't sure what to believe.
