There were only two colour choices for the sofa bed we chose. The Haze has been recommended within the top 8 sofa beds to buy in The Independant newspaper so it would be great to have more colour choice.

Had to come back to the store at a later date as item was out of stock. Was changed for an item i was told would be given to me for free (pillows)

We had been shopping around for a bed for a while and tried one out at your Bedford store. We happened to pop in to you Cambridge store as we were in the area and the exact mattress was being sold off at a price that we were more than happy with. We wanted to buy a base for it but didn't really feel the lady serving us was interested. We would have loved to walk out with a base and mattress at the same time. Sadly we were met with a fairly blunt answer when we asked if there was a deal to be had if we bought a base too.

I felt the way the products were displayed/described via signs misleading. Prices were not obviously matched with the products one saw. There were no offers for students which would have been a nice plus.

There was only really a choice of 2 mattresses within both our firmness need and price range. I think there should be more.

There was only one SK mattress in store and if I ordered another one it would take two weeks to have it delivered. Eventually I bought the one SK in display and the delivery date set was 3 days after my preferred date, even after paying 24£ so I could choose morning/afternoon slot

The bed I came into store looking for was not available. However, a member of the sales team was able to identify an extremely similar product. The delivery charges are a little off-putting but this all worked out well in the end, a little more notice on the delivery slot would have been helpful (e.g. a day prior). The cost of the item I brought was reasonable. I was originally looking for the same product I had previously purchase but this had increased in price by approx £400 so this was also a little off-putting.
