It felt like the assistant was showing off the most expensive one out of the two I was looking at and also insisted I pay for extra guarantee and the reason why.

When we first got in the store the first person was so rude then Vicky come over and helped us and she was lovely and so helpful she need to be made management and that bloke needs the sack !!!!!!!!!! So rude !!!!!!!!!!!! If I didn't need I mattress I would of left !!!!!!!

I was very satisfied with my experience at Dreams. However, I didn't rate it as highly satisfying as I would have wished for more choice of fabric and colour of the bed we bought. Due to the room size we were limited to divan style beds and I would have wished for a different coloured headboard.

Wasn’t offered a drink unlike other customers

Sales team offered my partner a drink after transaction was complete, failed to offer me one during any negotiation. Transaction was difficult, discount on buying a bed and a mattress together not entirely satisfactory

I mentioned that I could get the product cheaper online, the salesman let me go to walk put of the shop then ran over and said they could give me some discount

Because I will only know if I chose correctly after I actually sleep few nights on a new mattress. Until then I keep my expectations lower

I think being highly satisfied is too extreme. I knew what I wanted and more or less how much I wanted to spend, so I didnt really need too much much assistance.But overall I was happy that the bed could be delivered on the day I wanted, which was crucial for me.
