I think being highly satisfied is too extreme. I knew what I wanted and more or less how much I wanted to spend, so I didnt really need too much much assistance.But overall I was happy that the bed could be delivered on the day I wanted, which was crucial for me.

Difficult to understand the difference between the products. Pricing was a bit complex when browsing but the salesman did explain it well.

Only because I couldn't use my 9% discount card in store, could only use it online. Then I discovered that the head board couldn't be ordered on line, only in store! So I had to return to the shop.

We found the quality of the furniture not matching the quality of the mattresses. We ended up buying the mattress only.

Our experience at Dreams was very good but we were very disappointed with the delivery service. We did not receive any message day before the delivery to confirm our 2-hour slot. The driver called in the morning, gave us a slot (1.45-3.45) and without further notice the item was delivered 2 hours after the slot (5.45). That means that I waited 4 hours at home instead of working. This is a total lack of respect for people's time and work.
