Even with a promotion, I think the Dreams products are quite expensive.

Website shows item in stock and available for delivery within seven days. We went in store 3 days later and have to wait nearly 3weeks for delivery.

The item I bought was out of stock in store after being told it was out the back however saying this the sales man in questions quickly got on the phone found us the mattress we had bought and will have it in store 3 days later to pick up at our convenience

I was given two different staff when in the middle of making my payment. I was asked nicely to rate them for things such as offering drinks & thier friendliness. We were not offered a drink dispite it being a warm day. The first member of staff was friendly, but I felt I was rushed by him.

Main issue was the delivery time. Products were in stock but could not be delivered until 7 July at the earliest. I ordered on 18 June so this was a 3 week wait which seems excessive for self-assembly items that are in stock.
