The sales guy Kieran introduced himself but didn't pester us like other stores, when we did ask for assistance he was helpful, friendly & compassionate as we needed a bed for our son who has Asperger's. We ended up just buying a mattress for £500 + insurance. the only thing we were disappointed buy was the cost, but I suppose if you want quality you need to pat for it.

Staff were great, very knowledgeable and friendly. Selection of products good but price could of been better. I spent more than I had budgeted for but I hope the quality will be worth it and I will have many years use before having to change bed and materess again

There was too much visual display stimulation making it slightly over complicated and buying a mattress isn't the most exciting purchase in the world so after five minutes of being there looking at all the signs and promotional stuff I was ready to poke my own eyes out. The sales lady was however really helpful and eased the pain. I've yet to receive and try my purchase so can't really say more until it's delivered. But having had 18 months of spinal and heart surgery I hope it's worth the investment.

Whilst the member of staff was very helpful and cannot be faulted, she was on her own so we had a considerable wait. During that time we were unable to find the products that we had viewed online as the store does not use the same naming/labelling as the website, so we had to wait for her to serve the previous customers. Those waiting behind us just left the store. Finally, when the order was placed we were charged £39 for delivery less than 5 miles from the store! It would be cheaper to self hire a van. In this day and age, such excessive delivery charges are not acceptable and soured our experience, however we had found what we wanted and so either had to pay up or start again in a rival store. This bed was our second purchase from Dreams and we have a 3rd and 4th required in the coming months, but I suspect that we will try somewhere else first.

We were satisfied enough to make a purchase. The bed has not been delivered yet and the experience of using the new bed will to some extent contribute to the satisfaction rating. So that might get the experience into the 'highly satisfied' category

We have paid nearly £1000 for a bed, but will not receive delivery for 3 weeks. If Argos can provide next day delivery, why do you struggle to deliver in 3 days? Our satisfaction with your product would improve significantly just by adopting reasonable delivery dates.
