We were greeted by Emma on arrival and she was most pleasent and very knowledgable about the products we were interested in, Thank you Emma We were then helped further from Ross who arranged our demo and explained fully the various types which would suit us best, very attentive, listened to our concerns we then proceeded to order our bed and accessories, to which we are very excited to receive, Again thank you Ross A CLEAR 10 OUT OF 10 to Emma and Ross

Staff were very friendly, answered all the questions we asked. Pleased with the bed and the price , including removal of old bed.

Nafisa at Cambridge store was extremely attentive and helpful without being overbearing.

We went into dreams a couple of weeks ago to pick out a bed and Ross he assisted us doing the sleep match thing and then showed us round the beds and allowed us to try them. He gave us some quotes of different ones we liked and we went away to think about it. We came back to order the one we liked and Rob helped us. He was friendly and knowledgable and we valued his opinion when asking about different bed frames to suit us.

Nafisa, was extremely helpful. Immediately told me about the covid secure procedures that were in place in the store. I explained my situation. We discussed sleeping patterns and she suggested being tested on the Sleep Match. She then allowed em to test 3 different mattresses, explain the difference and answering any questions I had.

I was helped by Luca, who was incredibly patient, friendly and helpful during both my visits. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, didn't push me towards anything, and gave me plenty of time to find a mattress that really suited my needs.

The store colleague (Rob) at Dreams Cambridge was very helpful and knowledgeable and we were able to buy a double bed within our budget for my daughter. Its our first time to buy a ottoman style bed and we liked the fact it had proper base in the storage area and not just simply open to the carpet. Wasn't expecting a fast delivery (within a week) in the current climate so that was a pleasant surprise. Also the Store Manager was equally helpful as well. Looking forward to it being delivered.
