I was satisfied with the service but I do not feel that it was great value however we went ahead with the purchase anyway. I asked the sales representative if he could give us any discount and he said he'd see what he could do. He asked if we liked the pillows he was using to demonstrate the mattresses so I assumed he was throwing those in for free, it wasn't until we got home we realised they were on the receipt for £79.99 and £49.99 each!!!!! I would never have bought pillows at that price under any circumstance, serves me right for not checking I suppose :-( He was very good at his job. Very good at selling.

Prices seemed rather high and now Argos are advertising much lower prices than yours. This reduces the level of satisfaction.

The sales man was not very knowledgeable on the products. He did not understand our needs.

I think that it was a lot to do with it being the first time buying a mattress and not knowing what I was doing. The staff member Leo was very helpful. A shame I could not have paid with your HP schemes.

I came to the store,met nice staff and find what I Was looking for.

There was very little information about each bed without asking a staff member. This made it difficult to compare beds other than on price.

Would have liked the price/quality of the bed to be a little better, but I know that is unrealistic. Headboards are very expensive in store.

Store was quite quiet, assistant (Tim) was helpful but not pushy. My friend and I were able to try out several beds and I found one that was an acceptable price for a spare room.
