The person who served us, did not have access to a credit card machine without walking round other customers, and did not explain clearly the process of placing the order

There is always room for improvement. The store was busy therefore we had to wait to be served. The lady that served us was knowledgeable and helpful. Once we had made up our minds we had to wait to finalise our order as there were no free terminals. None of these problems were caused by your friendly and helpful staff. There needs to be thought given to supplying more desks and terminals to improve the speed of service.

I guess until we take delivery and sleep on the mattress we will not be sure that the experience as a whole gave rise to highly satisfied.

The items I wanted were not available for immediate or even next day delivery. Considering the matress is your own brand, that seems poor - especially when on line sites were offering same spec items of a different make, all with NWD delivery.

Good service only problem I found after my visit was when I checked on line was if I had purchased it online there would have been no delivery charge but because I purchased it in store I was charged £39 for delivery this does not make sense. so next time I will look elsewhere

There is no specific reason, the response from the staff was very good and gave advise only when asked and did not pressure us in any way while we were looking.

Expense of item, think it's overpriced, but need a bed. Should have a headboard included in the price

The service was good. Wasn't amazing but the chap knew his stuff and was attentive and polite. Missed some discount off that I had to address before final payment was made

Store colleague did not give me a bag for the disposal of the mattress. He called my home phone that day and said that I needed to pick one up. Couldn't he leave it with the delivery drivers that were going to dispose of it and also maybe send me one in the post so I didn't have to drive to the store to pick it up. bit miffed seeing it was his mistake!!
