The general layout of the store way mismatched, the costs for both delivery and collection seem steep given the bulk and size of the product is highly unlikely to undertake yourself. Availability of stock was disappointing.

Bit pricey for me, and a lot of the beds were really quite grubby (might be worth investing in a fabric shampooer to run over them every now and then?). But service was excellent.

We found a mattress that we liked. We had a delivery date for a new bed frame bought from elsewhere and the mattress was available for that date and that made us decide. By the time we paid for the mattress which only took a few minutes as we paid by debit card the delivery slot was no longer available. You should be able to hold a delivery slot for 5 minutes while you pay. It's a shame we will have to put a double mattress on our new king sized bed for 3 nights when we thought everything could arrive on the same day.

I wasn't keen on the offer of extended warranty. Reasonably cheap for 8 years cover, but the standard guarantee is measly at only 1 year. You should display greater confidence in your products by offering a longer standard warranty, not try to terrify me into spending more on an extended warranty.

It took a while for someone to come to us and offer assistance although shop was not busy.Although when assistant did he was very helpful.

Having spent so much on a bed and paying up front in one payment a slight more value toward the discounted items would have been nice. And a couple of the issues when the bed was assembled too.

We had to wait quite a while as all the advisors were busy with customers and there were only 2 computer stations to process customer orders. Staff were very helpful but the store didn't seem able to cope with the volume of customers.
