I have previously bought a very expensive mattress from you and was happy, but having bought my daughter a bed in early August, I have still heard nothing regarding delivery, and was told at purchase delivery wouldn't be long. Presumably to get the sale as I wanted to buy something there and then and would have gone elsewhere to find a bed with faster delivery. Highly dissatisfied. Teenager has been sleeping on a mattress on the floor.

Your staff made my uncle very distressed by not allowing him to buy a intex mattress because he didn’t have a email address or telephone number he is not well anyway I had to go into store and purchase the product for him and I requested that I did not want to give my email address and told if I didn’t I couldn’t be supplied the product what a stupid process and now dreams are constantly spamming my email and like I said the distress you put my uncle in he was almost crying when he came home

The bed I wanted was not available for a Saturday delivery until May which was too long. In order to meet my budget and take advantage of the discount I was forced to buy a more expensive bed that could be delivered sooner with no offer of a discount

The lady was very helpful in choosing our two mattresses but when it came to the transaction the computer froze on the payment screen. After several calls and the IT dept shut she said we would be unable to complete. I suggested hitting the escape button on the computer which worked and we were able to take the card payment. The whole saga delayed us by about 40 minutes and wad only resolved by my computer skills. I had I child with me that I needed to get home to bed. Not very happy!

The visit to the store was fine. The person helping me was excellent. Once the bed arrived, the base didn't fit through my bedroom door. Very unfortunate but what was far worse is how this is being dealt with. First of all, my bedroom door is a standard UK door. I would expect some kind of mention during the sales process that the bed won't fir through a standard door. Especially as the delivery man told me there were 2 other beds in the van that didn't fit through a door. When I called the store I was advised to call customer service. When I called customer service, I was advised to go to the store. Once I went to the store and picked a new bed, I had to call customer service again. The word "service" seems inapplicable. I was advised that if I were to pick a cheaper bed, I would lose the difference. To me it seems that selling big beds is big business as you end up buying smaller a bed for the price of a big bed. I originally got a £50 discount. I lost the discount because customer service can't give this discount. Why is this? Why do I call customer service? Good service would be for the sales person to do this for me. You have a lot of opportunity to improve

I looked first on the website and it made a big show of free delivery. I was happy with the help and advice I was given choosing a mattress. I asked about delivery times and was told most mattresses would be delivered in two weeks. So I decided to go ahead and order a mattress. It was more than I had wanted to pay. Just over £1000 but I was happy with what I'd been told so far. I then asked could I choose the delivery slots and was told of course. This was very important because of my work and difficulty getting time off. It was only when we were part way through the order that I discovered I had no control over the time of delivery. Only the day. So I would have to take a whole day off work as there was no guarantee what time my mattress would arrive. Telling me on the day is useless. But I could choose a Saturday or evening. Except these aren't free. Trying to find this little detail on your website is mission impossible. I had no choice but to pay extra for an evening delivery. This manipulation of the facts made me reconsider choosing Dreams. Next time I will probably go somewhere else

you advertised a bed frame at £ 99 the web site advertised a free delivery on EVERY THING when we ordered the item there was a delivery charge . There was no option but to pay that delivery charge. That meant the bed frame was no longer £99 it was now £ 103.99 what a con!!!

(1) The shop did the finance agreement wrong and i had to travel all the way back into Cambridge to re-sign a new one !! (2) I ordered a Brown divan base and you delivered a Cream one !! (3) You supplied green bags for the removal of my old divan & mattress and the men did not use them, just dragged the old bed across drive to the van !!

As my wife and myself pad for our mattress the salesman told us that due to the amount we were spending (over £800) he would include a pack of 4 pillows as gift. We we returned home and checked the receipt attached to the email confimation we realised he had in fact charged us for the pillows.
