We were allowed time to look around the store when we were approached by Ross who took us directly to the products we required and explained every thing and more so to our delight.yes I even was offered a coffee to which I excepted (very nice too). I would certainly have no hesitation to recommend friends or family to the Cambridge store. Nothing was to much trouble. Time factor spent in store was perfect doing the deal.

We came to buy two beds. Though I had a quote from Benson Beds, we decided to go for Dreams as we like the products most. So, as we were about to buy two beds, I asked for additional discount in addition to the promotion offered on the Bank Holiday Monday. The saleswoman said, she would give some extra discount if we buy today. So, we said yes. Then she gave us £50 worth bed linens. Well, The price for two beds came from the dreams was significantly higher than the price of Benson beds. So, then I asked her the additional discount she promised us. Then, following talking to her manger (don’t know whether she pretended or not), she gave us discount of £37. And our total price was £1499.90. After we made the all agreement and payment, when we were about to leave, she took the bed linen back and said, she can’t give them as she gave £37 further discount. This is utterly disappointed and we believe, we were deceived and cheated. We didn’t come to Dreams to have such a bad treatment. We have previously bought beds from Dreams and i know, you always give the bed linen with the bed. so, we hope, you will see into this incident and will do something for that.

I came in Sunday afternoon, 8th October, betwrrn 2-3pm. I was assisted by a trainee who was OK, quite limited in his knowlege. His supervisor, a fully trained employee, was extremely slow and inefficient in placing the order, taking payment, and printing receipts. She was also extremely unhelpful when problems arose. And while the trainee did his job well, she was quite difficult to communicate with and did not work well with the trainee. I spent over £350 but did not have a good customer service experience, will not come to Dreams again, and will never recommend it to anyone
