Efficient and friendly service - really liked the sleep technology matching us to a mattress.

I was highly satisfied with the products on offers s the knowledge and friendliness of the staff within the store.

From entering the store we received a very warm and friendly welcome from Nafisa. She introduced herself, explained the Covid guidelines and listened to our requirement of what we were looking for. She explained the benefit of using the Sleepmatch and how it would help us out in finding the right mattress. Everything was explained clearly and in plain English with no jargon. We were shown 4 different mattresses and advised to try each of them. Each had there own pros and cons explained to us. Once we had selected the mattress we discussed bed frames and extra which again was dealt with very well. I had no intention of ordering a mattress or bed on Saturday, but the service from Nafisa and the deals you had on convinced us to place an order.

Excellent customer service from the minute I stepped in to the shop until I left. Ross, the shop assistant who helped me and my son choose a mattress was highly knowledgeable, very patient and helpful. Also, This was the second time he helped me choose a mattress from that store and twice he did a great job. My husband and I are very happy with the mattress we bought two years ago from the store and that’s the reason we came back to the store and ordered a similar mattress to our son.

The assistant who served was very clear and thorough in guiding us around and made it very easy to make an informed choice. He also made placing the order very easy.

Rob, who served us was of great help, we explained what we had come in for and he understood our needs, very helpful and knowledge on the products available, What could have turned out to be be a difficult process was made clear simple and easy. We were totally satisfied with the professionalism Rob handled our shopping experience (covid included) and would definitely recommend Dreams

From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and welcoming. The procedure for entering the store and the Covid procedures in place were all explained, as well as how we would be looked after in the store. One assistant asked what it was we were looking for today and then explained that Matt would become available shortly and that he would use the bed simulator to assess which type of mattresses we should consider. Matt duly went through the process in a helpful and friendly manor and spent a lot of time showing us mattresses and explain the pro and cons of each. In the end we spent twice as much on a mattresses than we had planned but thought it worth while after having everything explained to us so well.

The kind gentleman who served us, was great in every way possible from the minute we walked in the door to when we left.

Met at the entrance by an assistant, explained what I was looking for assistant then showed us what part of the store to look in he kept a safe distance at all times did not try to sell us anything in particular but was available at al times to answer any questions. we was allowed to peacefully make up our own minds without any hard sell going on from the assistant, which I appreciated. Nothing annoys me more then constantly being harassed by an assistant to buy, this did not happen at Dreams yet our assistant was always on hand to offer assistance if needed. This is why I would be sure to go back in the future and to recommend to family and friends.
