The assistant was very knowledgeable about the beds and mattresses and was very happy to guide us as to what was for.

I felt like our wants and needs were heard by Nafisa. She understood and found the bed we were after. Also her knowledge of the beds was very much appreciated. She was very transparent and kind the entire time we were looking for our bed. I could visibly see that the beds and store were very well cleaned and upkept. Hence the reason why we are going to be recommending Dreams to anyone we know looking for a bed.

Very knowledgeable staff, very friendly. Thought the test bed machine was very useful and they really spent all the time we needed listening and talking to us about our needs. Was over all very impressed, the only two things that was disappointing was the cost for things which is hard in less your rich and also not enough selection for wooden bed frames.

Dreams offered a large range of products, as we were only looking at extra firm mattresses, the staff member was very knowledgeable to show us around and explain the differences of each mattress. The COVID safety guidelines were also followed closely, helped us feel safe shopping and comfortable with purchasing an ex-display product. The flexibility in arranging the delivery for a future date was great, and we were allowed to store our purchased goods for pick-up at a later more convenient date to accommodate our moving schedule. Overall an amazing experience, really felt our needs were met.

Daniel was fantastic, took the time to find out exactly what we wanted and match us to the perfect mattress. He was friendly, cheerful and very thorough.

Never having a mattress properly checked i needed the correct one the staff were lovely and helpful, and the mattress machine helped to get the correct one.
