Nafisa welcomed my partner and I as soon as walked into the store. She was very welcoming and it didn't feel forced. She explained everything we needed to know relating to COVID procedures in store and proceeded to help us find out mattresses. I get anxious when I feel like a purchased is being forced on to me. However, it was not the case with Nafisa. She gave us options and I felt at ease with the purchase I was making.

Upon entering the store I was impressed with the variety of beds. We had a covid secure debrief upon entering and were assigned a member of staff to help. They asked if we needed assistance but were happy to let us look and remain nearby incase we needed him. When we had questions they were answered perfectly and the process of ordering was quite literally a dream. I just wish I remember his name so as to leave a personal review for this member of staff.

Personal, professional and polite service and the whole team made the experience positive, relaxed and easy. Brilliant service, especially with the extra covid measures to conquer. Wonderful, friendly manager at Cambridge store who greeted me then handed me over to her colleague Nafisa who took the time to discuss various mattress options with me. Lots of information, no pressure to purchase (I took a couple of days to measure room and decide upon products). When I returned both staff remembered me, were very friendly and were able to complete transaction quickly. Could not rate you the experience more highly.

Matt who looked after us was very welcoming and knowledgeable. We were able to use the Sleep Match device to hone our choices. We were then able to try all options we wanted along with seeing our desired bed frame in the colour we wished to get. There was no waiting time in store. When we got to purchase point, all our options were explained and we were surprised with a delivery date only 5 working days in the future. Overall very happy with the experience

We were very pleased that we were able to buy all the items we wanted. Rob, who assisted us, was very knowledgeable and friendly. The whole experience only took 40 minutes, which was very good.

We booked a visit. We were met at the door and had a very friendly positive shop. We were well looked after and actually enjoyed the experience which is rare for me as I dislike shopping. Matt at the Cambridge store is a credit to your training and sales. 😊👍🐌

Dreams gave us a fantastic shopping experience. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They ensured us they had the mattress and pillows for us to try them out in a covid safe environment. Upon visiting the store, we were really well looked after. Their price was the best in the UK. I cannot thank the staff enough and highly recommend Dreams.
