I was served by Nafisa at your Cambridge branch and I was highly impressed by her customer service. She should be commended for her product knowledge, politeness and patience. She was excellent in helping me select a lovely Tempur mattress and a new bed frame. This was an expensive purchase for me but Nafisa made the whole process both easy and enjoyable. Nafisa is a lovely young lady, who deserves every success in her future with your company.

Dreams gave us a fantastic shopping experience. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They ensured us they had the mattress and pillows for us to try them out in a covid safe environment. Upon visiting the store, we were really well looked after. Their price was the best in the UK. I cannot thank the staff enough and highly recommend Dreams.

We knew what mattress we didn't want and Edward helped us narrow down to a couple of mattresses we would consider. He left us alone to decide and came back when we had made our decision. The staff know when to assist and when not to and previously we had come into the store and felt happy with our decision but then lockdown happened and we had to wait till we could return. We had done a lot of browsing and found that the mattress we chose in the end was narrowed down from many other stores. Unfortunately for the team we wanted to purchase the mattress at closing time and Edward was quick and clear in putting through our order and the others were very helpful and kind about staying overtime and putting no pressure on us leaving quickly until we were happy with our order and any questions we had. look forward to receiving the mattress which was about a months wait and we thought it would be longer. So thank you!

The Cambridge store was very friendly and covid safe! It stood out much better than a competitor we had been to and we made our purchase with you based on the service and safety we experienced. The only disappointment was the lead time of the bed but with covid delaying so much we weren’t really surprised

Edward was very knowledgeable and helped us find our ideal option within our budget. He normally works at the Huntingdon branch I understand but was at the cambridge branch on the day we went. He was patient and attentive but also gave us thinking space. That’s important because in a covid situation we didn’t want to have a second visit but we needed time to mull it over before committing. When he came back to us, he made sure we were happy with the choice and showed us another option.

Rob was really knowledgeable and approachable, he really helped us find the right mattress and pillows. He really knew the products and showed us to products that were relevant to us. He took the Covid rules seriously so we felt safe in the store. He was appropriately friendly and easy to get along with. He provided a really great shopping experience for us.
