Very knowledgable assistant who was very patient helping us decide on our purchase.

We were assisted by King Rob who gave us great advice. We didn't feel rushed or pressured. He was really knowledgeable about the products and helped guide us through all the options suitable for us. He greeted us warmly as soon as we entered the store. He explained all the safety precautions in place. He took us over and set us up for the sleep matching service. He gave us pillows to try with pillow covers. He offered us water as we went around trying the suggested mattresses. We are very happy with the mattress we chose.

As soon as I arrived I was greeted. I didn’t know what sort of mattress I needed so I went on the bed that moulds to your body (can’t think what the machine was called). The salesman then took me to the correct mattress’s. He said I didn’t have to rush and I could lay on it as long as I liked which was very helpful. Ended up buying the first mattress I laid on. Great service.

Before the last lockdown we was looked after by Rob in Cambridge who was very helpful he showed us all of our options after being on the dreams bed. At the time we was waiting for a move date so we didn't place the order. We have now moved I could of placed the order online but so glad I went into store as again I was served by Rob and he gave me other options for the base we wanted. I have recommended Dreams to my stepson who is also looking to purchase a bed. My husband and I was explaining how the sleep mattress works and that the Tempur mattresses are great as he suffers from neck pain great service and lovely to be able to talk to someone face to face with a great smile all be it under a mask very happy with my visit to store

I was highly satisfied, because as I have an electric bed not all the mattresses were suitable. I am also on a restricted budget, and they were very helpful in suggesting the correct items.

Nafisa gave us great customer service. Narrowed our options down using the high tech system and explained the differences between the products. Was very helpful as well as giving us the space to try the beds out. Excellent service.

The whole visit was a great experience. Knowledgeable sales staff who were not pushy and who took time to demonstrate and explain the products
