Sales assistant listed to my queries and responded knowledgeably. He was considerate of my comfort whilst in the store (offering tea/coffee/water). He spent the time I needed in helping me select the product which I purchased and then processed my order promptly. Delivery time is excellent.

The sales assistant, Edward, was very knowledgeable. He understood that we were on a budget and was really helpful but not pushy. We felt that he helped us to get the best quality items that our budget would allow. Very happy with our visit and will definitely come back for other beds later this year.

Quick service but patient assistance

Edward and his colleague were fantastic. They didn't jump on us as soon as we came through the door, which a lot of places do, instead gave us time to browse and simply offered that they were there if we had any questions. We were offered drinks while we browsed. After browsing, Edward took us through the types of beds, what was best for us how we sleep and what to consider even getting it into the home. Him and his colleague were super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient all the way through. We had a drink, purchased a matress and the bed plan (which was also explained fully), and left feeling good about the whole experience. Very much recommended!

Michael was, whilst coming across as an "old fashioned" classic salesman, very modern in his approach. Not pushy, not overbearing, not trying to upsell stuff we didn't need. He offered advice when we needed it, he left us alone when we needed it. He made what was a forking expensive experience quite pleasant.
