Dan is very knowledgeable of the store layout so we quickly moved around testing. He also had a few extras to try based on my feed back, which led to the mattress I eventually chose. However once this was done they were happy to leave me wandering and testing, not rushing me. Despite being on promotion I did not feel pressured by the team to make a purchase on my first visit, which turned to my favour in the end. The team was very understanding of my accommodation situation and the uncertainty of delivery address at initial visit and assisted in setting up a depot collection if accommodation couldn't be confirmed by the time I ordered the bed and mattress. As it turned out this was unnecessary and delivery was arranged. I was impressed by the high level of customer engagement and assistance throughout, as well as Dan product knowledge.
