The assistant listened to my requirements and encouraged me to not just decide on the first mattress I tried, but to experience 3 others, each time asking if there were any difference in support and comfort. No hard sale, not coerced into buying the most expensive, but more a case of what was right for me, at a price I could afford.

Very welcoming and were explained what to do regarding safety with covid. Staff were all very knowledgeable about the products they were selling also helpful. The assistant placed my order very efficiently and quickly.
