The assistant I dealt with was very helpful and gave me time to decide which product I wanted, I arranged 2 visits and she was very helpful both times.

The sales assistant was friendly, but not over familiar. He was very knowledgeable and guided us through the process of our purchase with good advice and information. Phoning him the next day with a query, he remembered us and was, once again, very helpful.

Very helpful in store advice from Rob (Cambridge). Offered us water, talked us trough options, and seemed honest.
