Ed was fantastic he listened to our needs he showed great patience he even went out and bought Earl Grey Tea bags for us going back the next day. We bought 2 new mattresses and 2 new pillows.

The sales assistant Edward at the Cambridge store was just so helpful and personable…he even went out to buy some Earl Grey tea bags to make us a cuppa,

Had been in a week earlier and spoke to a staff member about headboards for a divan therpur bed. He’s advised the use of strutted headboard as you can adjust height which swayed my choice as I had been interested in the full headboard. Was help showing different price option and helped with dimensions so I could see how thick it was. Very friendly and helpful. When came to buy I knew exactly what I wanted and a different staff member was helpful and got straight to it didn’t try to talk me out of my choice and gave clear delivery advice.

Not pushed or rushed into a sale. He helped where we needed it and didn't hover. Treated both me and my partner equally.

I was extremely impressed with the knowledge of the staff. In particular Michael, had a vast amount of experience and was geniunely very helpful in enabling me to arrive at a decision.

We were attended to straightaway with a warm welcome and friendly smile. The whole process went very smoothly, we were made welcome and beverages were offered.

Edward approached me as i entered the store and was friendly. He directed me to your machine to see what sort of mattress i would need. He explained all that would happen during the test, and then showed me a range of suitable mattresses. He gave me time to try them, answered questions helpfully, and was very professional. Excellent customer service

Understood my needs and didn't try to oversell my other products. The sale was quick and easy.
