The assistant Nafisa was very friendly, helpful and informative, she explained the covid guidelines and offered a drink, she provided a pillow and paper to lay on the mattresses I tested, plus she gave me the opportunity to try out the sleepmatch tester which helped with my decision. It saved so much time as there are so many beds and mattresses on display ...all in all she was very patient and made my visit to the store very pleasant
