The precautions taken in regards to covid-19 were second to none. We entered, were immediately seen by a member of staff, given a sheet of tissue to keep our hands on, offered a tea/coffee/water etc. Nafisa was fantastic and helped us find exactly what we were after. Great service.

We brought out mattresses from Dreams in Cambridge. We was greeting by one gentleman at the door, who recommended the sleepmatch. We was then introduced to Rob, who from first impressions, we knew he would help us out finding the right mattress. Rob's knowledge of mattresses was AMAZING!! He helps us find the perfect one. He was honest, friendly, chatting, funny... basically everything you want when you talk into a store looking for an item. The best thing about Robs service was, we actually didnt go into the store to buy, only look, but Rob made the mattress sound so amazing (pluis it was really comfortable) we couldn't say no. Without him, we probably would of walked away without ur purchasing. We tried out 3 mattresses that was recommended by the sleep match. and brought the first one that Rob recommend. Rob also recommended the Tempa Pillows. After sleeping with them for just over a week, we have had great results and are already sleeping better. With both the pillows and new mattress, we already know we made the right choice. We would like to say thank you to Rob, at Cambridge Dreams for helping us with find the perfect mattress.

The Staff Member was particularly helpful, welcoming and not remotely pressuring. The ability to trial mattress types and receive advice in store was very good.
