The sales assistant, Rob, was friendly and very knowledgeable on all the mattresses and beds, as we had no idea on the types of mattresses available, having been completely baffled when looking online. He listened to what we were after and narrowed down our choices over a varying price range. He advised we used the Dreams Sleepmatch to find our ideal mattress, an amazing bit of technology! He even was extremely patient with our unsettled toddler, which we were so grateful for! We think we’ve found the perfect bed, if a little more than we hoped to pay for but hopefully it’ll be worth it, we can’t wait for it to arrive and have a decent nights sleep! I visited on more than one occasion and I was assisted by three people in total, one of whom was not local to the store but gave me genuine advice on how to choose the best mattress to suit me, for my budget and also handed the sale to his colleague who had spoken to me the week before. I appreciate that the atmosphere is not too 'salesy', which can be off putting
