I found the mattress sleepmatch programme to be very good in providing information on what type of mattress I should look for. then the range in choices of mattresses and pillows was very good.

As soon as walked in, we were approached by a very knowledgeable staff member (Edward?) who talked us through what was available and helped us to make our decision. Gave us several options . Very good price compared to rivals.

I came in with quite specific requirements and tight budget. The sales person (Nick I think) was incredibly helpful, and I left with a very good mattress. He saved me from sleeping on the floor

Edward really listened to our needs and was not at all pushy even though the store was coming up to closing for the evening.

The bed machine to test other specifics that suited us was so helpful. Our assistant Nick was thorough and explained everything very clearly. We were given our own pillows and paper which was very hygienic. We were offered drinks and made to feel relaxed and not hurried in our decision. It was a great experience and we ended up with exactly what we wanted

Our sales advisor, Edward I believe, was an absolute gentleman. He knew the exact amount of help to offer us as well as giving us enough space and time to discuss amongst ourselves about each product.

We speak with Michael about our estimated budget, our requirements and or our nice to have things. And He offered us very good options to choose. We are very happy to buy our mattress and beds in Dreams, because we found all that we need at a very good price and with free and fastest delivery. (We visited others shops this week and they always want to sell us the more expensive products wit a delivery of 4-6 weeks). Michael just listen our desire and matched with the Dream's products that we need it.
