The staff were super friendly and went though lots of options for my needs it was like having a personal shopper and now I just know I’m going to get a good night sleep now

Knowledgeable efficient staff, we were able to find a mattress within budget and with the comfort we like.

Marius kindly greeted us at the door and asked us to sanitise our hands on they way in. He was fantastic and asked what we were looking for and allowed us to browse at our own leisure without being an overbearing salesman (something that had previously discouraged us from a competitor’s stor). Once we had narrowed down the products we were looking for (bed and mattress) he was able to answer our questions on comfort and durability of the products. When testing he provided us with the paper coverings (obviously for COVID19 purposes). When we made our decision Marius took us through the process of delivery and payments - everything was clear and before we knew it we had made a purchase. I have to give Marius a 10/10 he was brilliant, not only for everything above but he was very easy to have a conversation with which made the whole experience more enjoyable. Finally, the store was clean with plenty of hand sanitiser and directions for social distancing.
