From the moment my wife and I entered the store we were made to feel very welcome and with the overall service and friendliness of everyone no one can make any kind of complaint. As we entered the store an assistant introduced herself as Nafisa and explained the stores procedure to keep everyone safe within the store. We quickly explained what we were looking for and from then on nothing was a problem for this lady. Nafisa offered us both a drink which was a pleasant surprise. We were taken to the New Dream machine that has been advertised on TV and she explained the process and within 3 minutes Nafisa went through the results with us. We looked at several beds and were given simple explanations on how a mattress works. A decision was made and we purchased the mattress along with 2 pillows. You may say all of your staff are as happy, intelligent, funny and relaxing as Nafisa but In my honest opinion she is a one in a million. She made everything so simple and quick. Thank you Nafisa

Rob explained the cv19 controls as we entered the shop and listened carefully to what we were hoping to buy. He took time to show us various options and gave us space to reflect together, he didn’t push us into a sale at any point. He gained our trust (that his advice was good) and answered all our questions. Really pleased!
