I knew exactly what I was looking for when I got to the store and the assistant after taking us through the safety checks was able to help me straight away, which I was really glad about because I am elderly and need a frame to walk around with so she was able to take me directly to what I had told her I was looking for, we discussed mattresses and I tried the one that was on the bed she operated the adjustable bed and made it to the position I was wanting it to be, and I was more than happy to say yes this is the best one for me,, she also arranged and advised about taking my bed away and that I have to pay for that but she gave me bags for my family to put it ready for the deliveries to collect when they deliver my new bed, My daughter and I were both treat very well and we were offered a drink as it was very hot, while we were waiting for the payment information to be taken the assistant,Nafisa .

We needed a bed and two mattresses in a relatively short timeframe, but we also needed a bit of flexibility in the delivery time as we haven't actually exchanged contracts yet. We were able to get this sorted out and find what we needed, deliverable on a workable schedule.
