The lady we spoke with is an absolute credit to your company, her name was Nafisa and she was extremely helpful during our shop. She helped with exactly what we wanted but allowed us enough space to not feel pressured and make decisions ourself. I truly hope you read this as I would love her to be appreciated and rewarded for her hard work. We live in Bury and went to the Bury branch in the morning, they were not so helpful but they did tell me the bed we were looking for is in the Cambridge branch, luckily we were going to Cambridge that day so said we’d pop in and I’d absolutely drive that way again if we needed to go to Dreams. I would like to say thank you to Nafisa, she has made a young couple extremely happy with their new purchase. The quality of beds and mattresses in store were amazing. Will definitely hugely recommend.

we had bought a temper mattress from you last year and we have found it was making us both hot, so I phoned Dreams and made an appointment explaining why we needed a new mattress. The staff understood our problem and guided us to a natural fibre mattress. we went on the Dreams simulator, then the Nafisa showed us the mattress which would should suit us better. Nafisa understood our problem and was very help full
